This is a black and brown reversible Cloak/Mantle
 
The brown cloak/mantle is worn by the Companion at Arms (CAA) or entry level initiates of the Knights Templar.
Once promoted to Sergeant, the Sergeant wears the BLACK mantle.
Each side has a 10 inch Cross Pattee sewn on it.
The cloak tie is black cotton.
 
The cloak/mantle is made of 100% Cotton and the cross is a 10 inch Cross pattée.
